Trace mineral solution 10.0 ml - -
1 Add components to distilled water and bring volume to 900 ml. For preparation of solid medium, add 20.0 g/L agar. Autoclave and cool (to 50 - 60C for agar medium). Then, add aseptically the following solutions (separately autoclaved):
Glucose
