1 Flush the medium with N2 and dispense 20 ml into 100ml serum bottles under an N2 atmosphere, seal with butyl rubber stoppers and autoclave. To the cooled. sterile medium add, from anaerobic, sterile stock solutions, MgSO4 (1 mM), yeast extract (50 mg/l), sodium acetate (20 mM), KNO3 (20 mM) and Na2S (0.1 mM). |
