1 Mix components and adjust pH to 6.8. Distribute the medium into culture vessels (e.g., 18 ml in 50 ml serum bottle) under a stream of a N2-CO2 (80:20, v/v) gas mixture, seal with butyl rubber stoppers and autoclave.
