1 Mix components thoroughly and adjust pH to 7.0. For preparation of solid medium, add 20.0 g/L agar. (if necessary, use washed agar as described in the recipe of Medium No. 574). Autoclave and, after cooling, add the following solutions (*filter-sterilized or autoclaved) to the medium.
