1 Mix components thoroughly and autoclave under a N2-CO2 gas mixture. After cooling, adjust pH to 7.2 - 7.5 with 5% Na2CO3 solution (autoclaved and stored under N2). Then, add per litter the following solutions (autoclaved and stored under N2):
