1 Dissolve ingredients (except hydrogenphosphate, hydrogencarbonate and vitamins), adjust pH to 7.5 and autoclave. K2HPO4 is autoclaved separately. Filter sterilize the vitamins and NaHCO3 stock solutions. Adjust pH of the complete medium to 8.0 with sterile 0.4% (w/v) Na2CO3 solution, if necessary.
2 Note: Incubate in Erlenmeyer flasks with shaking.
