1 Mix components thoroughly. Bring to a boil for seconds, cool down under a N2-CO2 (4:1, v/v) gas mixture and add the following components to the medium:

2 Seal with butyl rubber stoppers and autoclave. After inoculation, pressurize the inoculated bottles to 200 kPa with a N2-CO2 (4:1, v/v) gas mixture.
